Return Policy

At Naturally Twisted Sisters, we want you to shop with confidence therefore;if you are not 100% satisfied with yourpurchaseyou must notify us of your intentions within 7 days of receiving your order. You may exchange it for something else or we can provide you a credit which you can use whenever you like. If you prefer a refund, please provide the original invoice andReturn Merchandise Authorization Number and we will gladly provide credit to the original form of payment.


– Please note that due to hygiene reasons we can only accept UNUSED products for refund, provided they are returned to us in re-saleable condition and within 14 days of receiving your order.

– We urge new customers to try our products in its smallest size (where applicable) before purchasing full size products, as we will not be able to accept used products for refund should sensitivity to a product be discovered at a later stage.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Parcels without RA # will be refused. Please follow these steps to ensureprompt replacement, refund or credit.

We do not pay shipping costs for returns.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We do not accept CODs.


  • The customer must call and email orders at naturallytwistedsister@gmail.com for information on our return process.

  • You will be sent a Return Authorization (RA) Form. Once completed, return the form by email and RA# will be sent to you via email.

  • The customer must write the RMA number on the outside of the box that the product is being shipped.

  • If a return is sent without an RMA number, the merchant can return the product to the customer or charge a20%restocking fee.

  • All return packages must include your name, address, order number and reason for return. Be sure to include the RA# on the outside of the package.

  • Please include a copy of the original invoice (s) with your return.

  • Please write down the reason for the return next to the item(s) being returned on the sales order.

  • Tell us if you want a replacement, store credit, or refund on the invoice. No cash refunds after 30 days.

  • Carefully package and insure the merchandise to prevent damages.

  • It is important to mail all the original boxes, manuals, and any other items along with the product.

  • Must be in its original package including boxes, UPC barcode and all accessories. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

  • Always keep your tracking number.
    Finally, the customer mails the product. Most merchants recommend using a shipping company that can track packages.

    Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the box.
    Please note: RAs on merchandise are only valid for 15 days after issuance.
    Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
